Q: Who is your target market?
A: We are seeking a multi-generational, mixed-income, diverse group. That includes retirees, empty nesters, mid-career professionals with and without families, singles, couples, you name it. The common denominator will a commitment to conservation, community and craft. We seek people who will be active in the community, checking in on an older person, occasionally watching someone’s kid, etc. They say it takes a village, well, here’s a village.

>GREEN ENERGY
Q: Will there be green energy?
A: Yes. There will be an extensive solar energy and perhaps a geothermal energy program. Everyone will have some solar capabiliity as a baseline. Residents will have additional options to take their homes completely off the grid (for energy and water). Battery systems will support off-grid resiliency in the face of any future disruptions to the utility grid. We will be sure to address glare issues with roof-mounted solar panels.
